My Weekly Reset Pages

Every Sunday evening (or Monday morning, depending on how the weekend flows), I sit down with my weekly pages. It’s become a soft little ritual, tea in hand, maybe a candle lit, and a quiet moment to check in with myself. Not to judge. Just to notice. To realign.
Here’s how I use each page, in case you’re looking to create a weekly rhythm that feels intentional, cozy, and kind to your nervous system.
🪞 Page 1: Reflection
This page is my pause button. I use the prompts to reflect on the past week, what felt nourishing, what felt off, what I was grateful for. It’s not about productivity or perfection. It’s about noticing. I let myself be honest, even if the answer is “I don’t know.” That’s okay too.

Page 2: Menus
Instead of a to-do list, I make menus. These are little collections of things I can do, get to do, or want to do. They’re reminders of what matters to me, what brings me joy, what I’ve been meaning to explore, and what feels aligned.
I usually make 3–5 menus (no more, or I get overwhelmed). Think: “Creative Projects,” “Self-Care,” “Connections,” “Business,” “Nature Things.” Then I pull from them when planning my week. It’s like opening a drawer full of options.

Page 3: Free Space
This is my scribble zone. I might plan out a few things, answer the question “Where could I grow or shift this week?”, or just doodle. Sometimes I write affirmations. Sometimes I brainstorm. Sometimes I just leave it blank. It’s there if I need it.

Here’s where I map out the week ahead. I fill in the dates, jot down a weekly goal or two, and make sure I’ve included some self-care. I use my menus to fill in the gaps, choosing what feels right, not what feels obligatory.
I always leave space to rest. I remind myself I’m allowed to change my mind. I’m allowed to pause. I’m allowed to do less.

This little system has helped me feel more connected to my time, my energy, and my intentions. It’s not rigid. It’s not about hustle. It’s about creating a rhythm that feels like home to me.
If you’re craving a softer way to plan your week, maybe give it a try. And if you do, I’d love to hear how it feels for you.
You got this!
